We have Deferred Payment Plan options to help members pay off negative account balances over time to ensure your power does not get cut off for non-payments during these extreme weather events. A Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) is a formal arrangement with you as our customer, allowing you to pay an outstanding bill in installments.
A Deferred Payment Plan with Griddy requires you to pay your total balance due, plus any additional charges applied to your account, in 5 equal monthly installments. You are also required to agree to a switch hold to be placed on your meter, meaning you cannot switch to another provider until your total outstanding balance has been paid.
How to enroll:
Sign up for a Deferred Payment Plan by filling out the form below. Upon review, we will send you a response via email about your Deferred Payment Plan. We will be in contact with you in the coming days about specific payment terms for your account, how to make your initial payment, and a letter outlining the terms of the agreement.
